Roger is a graduate of Michigan State University, (M.B.A.). He has practiced public accounting since 1982 and has previously served as a tax manager for an international accounting firm before joining the firm in 1988. He is the firms managing and tax services partner. He specializes in tax reporting and planning matters, estate and trust taxation with extensive experience, expertise and advisory services to manufacturers and construction contractors.
Randy is an honors graduate of Michigan State University and has been with the firm since 1991. He is the firms quality control and assurance services partner specializing in the areas of audits, reviews, employee benefit plan audits and renewable energy.
